Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns for unopened and non-hygienic items and issue online store credit.
Please review the return guidelines below before initiating your return.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges are also not available for pre-order items or purchases made with a coupon.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as K-beauty products)
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Hair & Beauty Accessories
- Face Tools
- Socks & Slippers
- Cutlery & Tableware
- Food & Snacks
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

General Return Rules
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Refunds and exchanges are also unavailable for pre-order items and purchases made with a coupon.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase (original receipt or packing slip) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been generated.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

The return must be shipped with a trackable method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirements
To process returns or claims for missing or damaged items, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents at the time of receipt.
The unboxing video must:
- Begin with the unopened K-Towns package (showing both the top and bottom of the box)
- Clearly display all contents in one continuous shot, without any cuts or edits
Without this proof, we are unable to process your request.
Defective Items
Please contact us at contact@ktowns.ca for assistance regarding defective items.
Please note that some manufacturing defects may not qualify for a refund or replacement; each case will be reviewed individually.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@ktowns.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these cases individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
How to Return
- Email contact@ktowns.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Returns must be sent by mail.
Important:
If we receive opened, used, or damaged products, store credit will not be issued, and the products will be discarded.
