K-Towns Shipping Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3-10 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

PRE-ORDER POLICY: 
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready. We are unable to split shipments. If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, please place a separate order.


CANADA - DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

📦 Shipping Information (Canada)

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $55 CAD 

  • Orders between $40 – $55 CAD
    Standard shipping fee: $10 CAD 

  • Orders under $40 CAD
    Standard shipping fee: $13 CAD 

Shipping Times by Region
We ship from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Ontario. Shipping times vary by region. For example, orders within Ontario usually arrive around 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
Deliveries to other provinces such as Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia may take approximately 5–10 business days.
Remote regions including Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon may require more than 10 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates based on delivery time after fulfillment, and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, we will not be able to accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Opened and used items are not available for refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are not available for pre-order items and purchases with coupon. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well as perishable goods like K-Snacks.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@ktowns.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In order to claim any missing or damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video. The video must not be edited and should begin from opening the box.
