Thank you for your comment! Our Surprise Bag works based on the month you place your order – if you order in December, you receive the December themed gift. Even if it’s a pre-order item and ships at a later date, the Surprise Gift is based on when you placed the order, not when it ships. (You can refer to the December Surprise Gift details for reference!)

Hello,
I just wanted to confirm for december orders, was there a minimum cost for the 2025 surprise gift (kpop or kbeauty item)?
I received my Dec 4 order and the slip says it was included but I only got my 2 Do It albums, the karma album and a snack bag. I did not receive the sleeves or hand cream?
