Amazing customer service!

This was my first time ordering from ktowns and I was blown away by their amazing customer service. They made sure that I would get my baemon lightsticks before the concert and personally delivered my package the next day! There were a few small dents on the album packaging and lightstick box but everything inside was in perfect condition. The mystery gift and the other freebies were super appreciated as well :)
