Reliability

K-towns is very reliable, incredible service and has used a reliable shipping company (dragonfly). The package itself was packed nicely and no damage came to the product I ordered, they also sent out a free gift bag (small treats and a small notepad). Their emails were always open if I had questions about the product I ordered. My expectations have definitely been exceeded!!! Will be ordering from K-towns again :)
