The magazine is gorgeous, much bigger than I expected, and such high quality and stunning photos of Mingi. What I really want to highlight though is the customer service at K-Towns. I missed the pre-order period completely, and this magazine was sold out everywhere I looked. I messaged K-Towns and they went above and beyond to source a copy for me from Korea, sending it in record time and packaged so carefully with freebies. I'm so grateful to them and so happy to finally have a copy of this magazine!
Had I gotten a same day delivery within HOURS of ordering it. The package was easy, protected, and I appreciate being using a recycled but sustainable package. kTowns ended up being a lot more local than I thought cuz they hand delivered the package themselves AND with a little goodie to support their business. I’ve got ZERO negative things to say about them or their conduct
