ROSÉ’s first single album, -R-, takes its name from the first letter of her name, symbolizing her beginning as a solo artist.

The title track, On The Ground, brings together acclaimed international producers Jorgen Odegard and ojivolta with THEBLACKLABEL producers TEDDY and 24. Its atmospheric, tension-filled sound blends with ROSÉ’s distinctive, flowing vocals to deliver a fresh listening experience. The lyrics reflect the realization that, despite always striving for greater heights, what truly matters lies within, reminding us of the things we may have overlooked in our own lives.

With cinematic storytelling, a more mature presence, and vocals that are sweet and delicate yet powerful and raw, ROSÉ shares the message behind her debut single album through music that resonates deeply.

Reflecting her artistic growth, the album embraces a retro, cinematic concept. ROSÉ personally participated in its design, adding a special touch for collectors.
