The package itself was packed nicely and no damage came to the product I ordered, they also sent out a free gift bag (small treats and a small notepad). Their emails were always open if I had questions about the product I ordered. My expectations have definitely been exceeded!!! Will be ordering from K-towns again :)

This was my first time ordering from K-Towns and it was a great experience. They were quick to answer any questions I had about the album before placing the order, and they even had a "Special Instructions" box at checkout which I've never seen at other K-pop stores. Shipping was fast and both the album and POB were very well-protected. It was also really nice of them to update the order to include a gift after I had already placed it. Will definitely be getting albums from here again!

This album was sold-out at a lot of Canadian stores, but when I asked K-Towns when they'd be restocking the album they got back to me the next day to let me know their new stock was available for pre-order! Great customer service, and I really appreciate how they include the restocking date on the product page so you can tell when to expect it. Will definitely be purchasing from here again!
