I am not used to writing reviews, so apologies if this runs a bit long, but K-towns has by far been the best place to buy my albums from. I stumbled upon them through a google search a while back, and have since been impressed with the way this business is run––with nothing but love, care and experience.

1. My packages have always been shipped to me the day after the albums were received.

2. They don't use any of the big shipping companies that often run through problems. All my packages have gotten to me quickly and safely. I was notified as soon as the package was dropped off especially in times of bad weather (like rain).

3. My albums have always arrived safely packed in bubble wrap and/or newspapers, all in clean and perfect condition. Nothing had been opened or scratched.

4. As far as I know, this is a family business (or at least started as one), so there is always personalized messages with my orders, which is never necessary, but is very sweet regardless. You can tell they value their customers! With every order (or at least for the value of mine), you get a little card with a promo code you can use as well. I've never used any but maybe in the future. Also important to mention - for NCT WISH's most recent comeback, they did not have their albums up when they were announced. I was a little sad, but thought I would reach out, so I did, and they added it the next day!!! If you do not see the album you want, just reach out to them via chat and I am 100% sure they will do their best to add it.

5. They have amazing sales and events, such as their mystery boxes. My most recent order, I received a whole pack of pc sleeves (which was so surprising but I loved it!), hand cream, snacks and face masks. I also got a BOYNEXTDOOR album which was really nice, because it's a group I like and whose album I have ordered from them before. I am not sure if anyone remembered, but if they did, the care they put into everything is top-tier. This was a really big order (I'm an NCT WISH superfan lol) but it was really nice to see.

I will definitely be buying from K-towns again in the future! :D

forgot that i needed a le sserafim light stick for the upcoming concert and all the other k-pop stores in my area were out of stock, but this store showed up and i had never ordered from here prior. got my light stick super fast, early actually, with prompt delivery tracking notifcations and the surprise gift and extra goodies were so kind and such a nice sweet touch to add on to the terrific service! the packaging was also super good with lots of filler inside to make sure the items inside wouldn't get damaged.

overall 10/10 !!! <3
