Amazing customer service!

This was my first time ordering from ktowns and I was blown away by their amazing customer service. They made sure that I would get my baemon lightsticks before the concert and personally delivered my package the next day! There were a few small dents on the album packaging and lightstick box but everything inside was in perfect condition. The mystery gift and the other freebies were super appreciated as well :)

I visited K-Towns website to check if they have more AHOF stuff. I’ve previously got my Photobook Album from them. So happy to find out that the QR Album was available. It was sold out! Very happy with my order. This website was the cheapest price I could find for the shell album + free delivery! Everything came well packaged and unbroken and there was a nice note alongside a freebie. For anyone considering the album, the mp3 player is compatible with both earbuds that have a cylindrical connector and earbuds with a connector that is the same as used to charge Samsungs!
