rom&nd - Better Than Cheek

I ordered the BLACKPINK lightstick to prepare for their concert in July. It arrived within 5 days of placing the order, carefully wrapped and without damage. I was not expecting the surprise bag (which I enjoyed opening). I also really appreciated the personalized card. This will now be my go-to store for Korean goods in the future.

Whenever there's an album I need to
pre-order i come straight to ktowns, my
go-to for buying albums. I've ordered from a couple other sites, but none were as enjoyable as unboxing an album I've received from here. The snacks that are included are always so exciting. I've had the maxim coffee sticks once and they've stayed my favorite ever since, every few days I'll remember and crave the taste.

Besides that the customer service is always so welcoming and understanding, the events and giveaways fun and thoughtful.

When this album in particular arrived I was over the moon when I unboxed it and found the random version I got was the one I wanted the most, my luck continuing into the photocard when I pulled my bias for the first time, Beomgyu.... 🤧

So far my ktowns experience has been nothing but perfect, nothing I've encountered has needed complaints or criticisms, and I know I'll keep coming back.

We enjoyed the gifts in the surprise bag! It was full of special yummy treats and samples ( All Korean products)
One suggestion - Wondering if it is possible to include anything that's about the Kpop group in the order.

I made my first kpop pre-order here for IVE's "You" version Empathy Album because the K-Towns staff were able to answer all of my questions about the product. Also very happy with the POB photocard I received which totally made my day :)

Really happy I chose to reach out to K-Towns as they helped me procure an "Asa" Album Version, which is sold out at most places. Thanks again!
