Wonderful delivery speed and customer service as always!

I absolutely love my keyring and have been looking for Heeseung for a long time! The staff at K-towns are incredibly kind and go above and beyond for their customers. They’re genuinely so helpful and shipping was super quick. I look forward to shopping with them again!! 💌

It was packaged well and was completely fine. I loved the little notes I keep receiving when purchasing for this shop.

favourite store to buy albums from, and was so excited for these 😭😭
unfortunately the 25 version arrived with a slice down the middle (it was packaged below the 12 version so I dont know how that happened but I guess it happened during shipping to ktowns prior to the send out) the 12 version arrived perfect though bc they always wrap them well before send off from ktowns. sad that I cant display both of them but at least one of them is perfect :) just my luck that I got a bad one I guess :/ will definitely still shop here because theyre always the sweetest and it was probably a mistake they just didnt catch this time. 10/10 albums though B.A.P never disappoint
UPDATED: ktowns reached out to the manufacturer and found a solution. Thank-you so much as always 😭😭🫶🫶 truly the best people with the most helpful customer service.

I got a mystery xg awe pack and pulled Harvey my bias!!

This was everything!!!! First of all, I was anxious about my order coming late and not in time for my birthday but it came the day before! I got so many pcs (and bonus sweets too!)
