They packed my items so well, it truly shows how much they care. They're also really accomodating because they sent all my little different orders in one shipment (there's more than what's shown in the picture, haha). K-Towns was so kind to send delicious snacks and extras like the card sleeves. They also pay attention to detail because they sent me San's photocard (!!!) and Fever Pt. 3 as a part of the surprise bag ☺️ Last but not least, their handwritten notes add a really nice personal touch. It really shows that they take the time and effort for each customer, and I'm really appreciative of that.
