The package arrived much faster than I expected, and it came just in time before my trip, which made me so happy!

Everything was packaged very carefully, and I was so touched by the thoughtful freebies. It honestly felt like the gift was chosen based on the member I like, which was incredibly considerate. I was also surprised to receive the DO IT Plive version, which I didn’t have yet so it was such a surprise!

During the shopping process, I also had a few questions, and K-towns responded with such detailed and considerate replies. The whole communication felt very kind and reassuring. I was worried about being a bother at first, but their thoughtful responses really put me at ease.

I really didn’t expect to pull my favorite member from the POB, especially there were two cards that I had to open to find out which members they were, but the SKZOO collab card showed the member right away which was Han. I’m not sure whether Han was intentionally included for me, but if so, thank you so much! It truly made me incredibly happy! I was genuinely so happy because I never pulled Han myself 😭 They even included a pack of card sleeves, which was such a thoughtful touch.

This was truly a wonderful shopping experience, and I will definitely come back again in the future!
