These pimple patches work great for whiteheads and I'm really glad that I was able to buy them for an affordable price with my album :)

I've been wanting this keyring ever since it was announced and I'm so happy to have gotten it for a great price here! I pulled Niki and the plush is so soft with nice vibrant colors (the color scheme is well thought out), plus the photocards are really pretty too. Shoutout to KTowns for their awesome packaging as the outer box came in pristine condition :) Now I'm wondering if I should get another one ... 😅

I love how KTowns includes a surprise bag with a personalized, handwritten card. It really adds a special touch to each and every order and makes you feel like a valued customer. The free photocard sleeves are very high quality and I'm so happy to have them! Not to mention, the snacks are so so yummy :) I already had a candy not pictured here 🤤

It arrived faster than I thought! It was packaged so well! I've ordered a lot of kpop stuff between my sister and myself, but this was my first purchase with K-Towns and I have to say I am blown away by the care taken into packing and protecting my purchase. Everything was packaged very carefully, and I was so touched by the thoughtful freebies. It honestly felt like the gift was chosen based on the member I like, which was incredibly considerate. I was also surprised to receive the DO IT Plive version, which I didn’t have yet so it was such a surprise!

During the shopping process, I also had a few questions, and K-towns responded with such detailed and considerate replies. The whole communication felt very kind and reassuring. I was worried about being a bother at first, but their thoughtful responses really put me at ease.

I really didn’t expect to pull my favorite member from the POB, especially there were two cards that I had to open to find out which members they were, but the SKZOO collab card showed the member right away which was Han. I’m not sure whether Han was intentionally included for me, but if so, thank you so much! It truly made me incredibly happy! I was genuinely so happy because I never pulled Han myself 😭 They even included a pack of card sleeves, which was such a thoughtful touch.

This was truly a wonderful shopping experience, and I will definitely come back again in the future!

They packed my items so well, it truly shows how much they care. They're also really accomodating because they sent all my little different orders in one shipment (there's more than what's shown in the picture, haha). K-Towns was so kind to send delicious snacks and extras like the card sleeves.
